GROUP MAT PILATES

50 minute Mat Pilates class 
Maximum 10 participants per class

These classes consist of a full body workout with original Pilates exercises & variations of these ran by a fully qualified and experienced Pilates Instructor. 

We also use equipment to enhance or change these exercises. 

All levels welcome!

MAT PILATES PRIVATE CLASS

60 minute 1 on 1 Mat Pilates Class

Perfect for more focused & personalised Pilates work.

This class can be conducted in Studio or at your residence. 

We also offer small private classes with 2 or 3 people.

Practicing Yoga with Babies

PRE & POST NATAL + BUBS

45 minute Mat Pilates Class

A great way to workout with bub! 

​

These classes are designed for pre & post natal women.

Pre natal: As your pregnancy progresses, we continually assess your maneuverability & cater accordingly. 

Post Natal: 6 weeks post natal minimum, please get the ok from your physio or doctor before starting exercise. We will continually assess how your body is going in your post natal journey& give you exercises & variations to these accordingly. 

CORPORATE PILATES

45 to 60 minute Pilates Class

A group Mat Pilates class is a great way to invest in your employees' health and wellbeing. Pilates is specifically designed to improve flexibility, strength, breath and concentration, making it ideal for professionals seeking to rejuvenate and relax during or after their workday. For any and all fitness levels!

Can be booked to run at your workplace, or at a studio space if you prefer. All equipment including mats provided.
